Delivery Times

Please note : Bank Holidays and weekends are not a working day for delivery.

Standard UK Delivery:

For items listed on the website as 'in stock' we aim to dispatch these within 2 working days. Please note that items ordered on a Thursday or Friday will be dispatched on a Monday. Please allow 3-5 working days after dispatch for standard UK delivery.

Speedy Delivery (1-2 days):

Please allow 1-2 working days for speedy delivery. Please note that all orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow 1 working day after dispatch for special delivery. We are unable to deliver on Saturdays. Items ordered on Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered on a Monday.

If you are in need of an urgent dispatch please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Made to Order Items:

For items listed as 'Made to Order', dispatch will take place 8 weeks after the order is placed.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver artwork all over the world. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days after dispatch (please see above for details of dispatch). Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packaging costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.

For deliveries within the UK, the cost of post and packaging is as follows:

There is free delivery for orders over £120 (UK only). Items qualifying for free delivery will be sent via standard delivery.

For deliveries to Europe, the cost of post and packaging is as follows:

Gift Cards

Where you have chosen for your gift card to be sent in the post, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days. We send gift cards using first class post and therefore it should arrive 1 - 2 working days after dispatch (3 - 5 working days for international orders).

Delivery charges for gift cards are as follows:

Returns or Exchanges

We are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase, however, if you are not 100% happy and wish to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange artwork that is sent back to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return the artwork in an undamaged, saleable condition with the original packaging, protective covering and labelling intact.

Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange artwork where the protective plastic covering has been removed unless faulty. We are unable to exchange or refund made to order or personalised items unless faulty. There is no return or exchange for sale items. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping and/or delivery charges as well as international customs duties and taxes (where applicable).

Procedure for Return or Exchange

If you are a registered user please sign in and open a new enquiry by clicking on the Enquiries Tab under the Account section. If not, then please email us using the form under the Contact section. Please advise as to whether you would like to make a return or exchange, note your original order reference number and explain the reason for the return. For exchanges please indicate the desired artwork.

Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request, original order reference number and explaining the reason for the return.

Please send your return or exchange to our warehouse depot: Happy Spaces, 1 North Copse, Worksop, S80 3AS, UK. You will be responsible for the artwork until it reaches us and therefore we suggest you send packages insured and/or registered.

We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 30 days for processing the refund or exchange.


Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability. Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and a full quality control check has been carried out.


Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a full quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only.
