Gift Cards do not expire.

What if I loose my Gift Card or secret code?

A secret code will be included on your Gift Card which will be used by the site to recognise the gifted amount. You should keep this code secret as the site cannot verify that the correct person is redeeming the gift voucher. We cannot reissue the code once the balance has been redeemed. If you lose the code and there is still a balance on the voucher, contact us and where possible, we will re issue the code.

What if I don't spend the full amount on my Gift Card?

If you do not spend the entire value of the voucher in one transaction then the balance can be carried forward for use against future transactions until the balance is fully redeemed.
