International Orders

To all our lovely, happy international customers, hello, bonjour, buon giorno, guten tag, néih hóu, konnichi wa, hoi! To make life a little easier (and therefore happier) we have included all information relevant to you on one page.

Ordering and Payment Options

You can order your Happy Spaces artwork through our website as normal. You can use any of the following payment methods in our secure checkout:

We are committed to protecting your security and privacy. We ensure that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us will be kept securely. Our secure-server software uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to read it. This encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code (3 digit number on the back of your card) each time you place an order with us. Delivery

We are able to deliver artwork all over the world. For items listed on the website as 'in stock' we aim to dispatch these within 2 days. For items listed as ‘made to order’, dispatch will take place 4 - 6 weeks after the order is placed. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days after dispatch. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packaging costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.

Return policy

We are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase, however, if you are not 100% happy and wish to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange artwork that is sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you return the artwork in an undamaged, saleable condition with the original packaging and labelling intact.

Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange artwork where the protective plastic covering has been removed, unless faulty. We are unable to exchange or refund made to order or bespoke items unless faulty. There is no return or exchange for sale items. We are unable to refund shipping and/or delivery charges as well as international customs duties and taxes (where applicable).

Procedure for return or exchange

If you are a registered user please sign in and open a new enquiry by clicking on the Enquiries Tab under the Account section. If not, then please email us using the form under the Contact section. Please advise as to whether you would like to make a return or exchange, note your original order reference number and explain the reason for the return. For exchanges please indicate the desired artwork.

Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request, original order reference number and explaining the reason for the return.

Please send your return or exchange to our warehouse depot: Happy Spaces, 3 Eastfield, Worksop, S80 3AR, UK. You will be responsible for the artwork until it reaches us and therefore we suggest you send packages insured and/or registered.

We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 30 days for processing the refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability. Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and a full quality control check has been carried out.

Refunds

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a full quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only.

Gift Cards

Beautifully designed and printed, our Happy Gift Card will be sent to you or your chosen recipient by post or if you’re in a hurry, get it sent by e-mail and it will arrive instantly at your chosen address. Our gift cards can be purchased for any amount you choose.

Where you have chosen for your gift card to be sent in the post, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days. We send gift cards using first class post and therefore it should arrive 1 - 2 working days after dispatch (3 – 5 working days for international orders).
